What areas does Illyrian Group Corp serve?
We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Our main renovation services (general contracting, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen remodeling) are available in all 4 boroughs. Specialty services like flooring, painting, and carpentry are currently based out of Brooklyn.
How do you price a project?
We visit the site, discuss your goals and budget, and provide a written, itemized quote broken out by trade and phase. We don't quote sight-unseen, since NYC properties vary too much building to building for a flat rate to be accurate.
Are you licensed to do renovation work in NYC?
We are working through the applicable NYC contractor licensing for our service area. Contact us to confirm current licensing status for your specific project scope before booking.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every project starts with a free on-site walkthrough and a written estimate, with no obligation to move forward.
