Illyrian Group Corp is a general contracting and renovation company built around a simple idea: one project lead, a written scope, and a punch list closed out before we consider a job finished. We manage full gut renovations, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and specialty finish work across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.
Our office is based in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and our crews work project sites throughout NYC. We coordinate permits, co-op and condo board paperwork, and every trade on a job so property owners and property managers have one point of contact instead of a rotating cast of subcontractors.

Every project starts with an on-site walkthrough and a written quote broken out by trade and phase.
One Project Lead
You have a single point of contact from the first walkthrough through the final punch list.
Documented Sign-Off
We complete a documented punch list walkthrough with you before a project is considered finished.

Main renovation services are available across all 4 boroughs we serve. Specialty services are currently based out of Brooklyn.
Our Sister Company
Illyrian Group Corp is part of the same ownership as Illyrian Plumber, a licensed plumbing contractor covering water heaters, boiler repair, gas line installation, whole-house repiping, and 24/7 emergency plumbing. Illyrian Plumber serves East Brunswick and Middlesex County, New Jersey, a separate service area from Illyrian Group Corp's NYC renovation work.
